We build both residential and industrial projects — family houses, villas, apartment blocks, warehouses and production halls — as well as structural works, foundations and full renovations.
We are based in Podari, Dolj County, and work throughout Craiova and the surrounding region. For larger projects we are happy to discuss locations further afield.
It depends on size and complexity. A family house usually takes several months from foundation to handover; we give you a detailed schedule with the quote so you always know what to expect.
